Studio Coordinator (full-time/part-time)  
Supporting creativity, enabling excellence

At MVRDV, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Studio Coordinator who loves architecture and knows how to support proactively our studio director and design team.  

As a Studio Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting one or two of our architecture studios. You’re the go-to person for your team the one who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From project planning to organizing meetings, managing tender documents, coordinating studio space, and assisting the Studio Director you’re the reliable link that keeps the team focused and productive.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in office management, business administration, or a related field 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a supporting or coordination role 

  • You thrive on planning, structure, and multitasking – and you stay calm under pressure 

  • Strong communication skills, with excellent writing and editing abilities 

  • You’re a natural helper: reliable, empathetic, and a real team player 

  • Fluent in English (Dutch, German, and/or French is a big plus!) 

  • You have a valid EU work permit 

  • Affinity with architecture or design is a major bonus 

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate project planning and support project leaders with schedules and updates 

  • Organise team meetings, studio events, and business meetings – from agenda to follow-up 

  • Take meeting minutes and ensure action points are followed up 

  • Provide administrative support for tenders: collecting documents, editing texts, and assisting with deadlines 

  • Coordinate the Studio Director’s daily schedule 

  • Support project leaders with project start-up and wrap-up, including financial overviews 

  • Keep the studio space running efficiently and support the day-to-day needs of the team 

What we offer:

  • A full-time salary between €3.200 and €4.100 (based on the Architecten CAO, scale 5)
