What our team thinks

Hear directly from our dedicated employees who contribute to our success each day.

  • "As architect, we have the great responsibility of designing today the World we would like to live in the future. At MVRDV we take this duty very seriously and we commit 100% to every project we make and in every decision we take. Architecture at MVRDV is much more than buildings. Every day we try our best to build the World we wonder."

    Cosimo Scotucci

Senior Project Leader | Architect CNAPPC

  • "It's rare that you can enter a workplace and be impactful from day one, but MVRDV is a supportive and empowering practice in which you really feel you can make a difference and have your voice heard instantly.

Each day can present a fresh, interesting challenge, and given MVRDV's global nature the variety of stakeholders with whom we engage is difficult to find anywhere else."

    David Phillips

    Senior Press Officer

  • "From the moment I stepped into the office, I have been immersed in a dynamic environment where creativity, teamwork and innovation thrive, and I have felt part of something truly special.  Every day I am inspired by the diverse perspectives and talents of my colleagues, with different backgrounds and disciplines, coming together to tackle some of the most exciting projects in the industry. Whether it's rethinking urban spaces or creating iconic buildings, something innovative is always happening at MVRDV.

But beyond the work itself, what I appreciate most about MVRDV are the people. It is a close-knit community of architects, designers, planners, and other professionals of all backgrounds and walks of life, each bringing a unique perspective.

The sense of community, supportive, inclusive and always ready to lend a helping hand. Whether celebrating important milestones together or discussing ideas over coffee, there is a genuine fellowship that makes every day enjoyable."

    Rossella Tomasella

    Studio Coordinator

  • "Working for MVRDV can be challenging, as in any other architecture firm, but at the same time, it can be interesting, fruitful and funny. Why to choose to work for MVRDV? Mainly for two reasons.

First, the nature of projects we are working on. The majority of them are very interesting, visionary and innovative. They are projects from all over the world, and they address a wide range of topics. MVRDV gives you the opportunity to expand your knowledge, learn about new technologies and work on topics that sometimes you would not even think you would.

Last, but not least, is the MVRDV people: a multinational and diverse group of designers and staff, who are the real power of the office. Very talented people, from several countries, bring to the office new ideas and ways of thinking, but also interesting discussions and exchange of thoughts: just a real inspiration!"

    Nikos Margaritis

    Project Leader | Urban Designer
