Job requirements
Who we are looking for
Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a proven track record in financial management and reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Exact Globe is a plus) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with financial modelling and analysis tools.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and work effectively under pressure.
Experience in a project organization such as architecture or construction industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the month- and year-end close of several entities, primarily participations in Paris, Berlin, New York, and Shanghai.
Coordinate external audits of the international entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all audit requirements.
Support the Senior Financial Controller with the month- and year-end close of the Dutch entities.
Assist the Senior Financial Controller with the external audits of the Dutch and international entities.
Supervise the Financial Administrator and provide backup support when required.
Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations, including transfer pricing calculations, and prepare intercompany invoices (incoming and outgoing).
Prepare VAT returns for all group companies and/or submit documentation for VAT purposes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
