Designer | Architect (Fixed-term contract CDD)

We are expanding our MVRDV team in Paris! MVRDV is looking for an intermediate Designer | Architect with excellent technical, design, graphic, and communication skills to join our Paris office. We work on a wide range of diverse, projects in the French Market, and we’re looking for someone who brings both strong ideas and a hands-on attitude to the table.

You will be working on projects under the responsibility of Nicolas Land, Director French Market.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in France.

Missions

• Développer des projets architecturaux en phase PRO.

• Produire les plans d'exécution, les détails techniques et les maquettes numériques sous Revit.

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projet afin de garantir la qualité et la cohérence des livrables.

• Effectuer des déplacements sur chantier et participer aux réunions de suivi lorsque nécessaire.

Profil recherché

• Expérience confirmée en développement de projets en phase PRO.

• Une expérience sur des projets d'envergure et complexes est fortement appréciée.

• Une expérience sur des projets de logements et/ou de bureaux constitue un atout.

• Excellente maîtrise de Revit BIM indispensable.

• Bonne connaissance des méthodes de travail BIM.

• Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, indispensable.

• Rigueur, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.

• Aisance dans les échanges techniques avec les bureaux d'études, les clients et les entreprises.
