We are a global team of over 300 passionate people who are dedicated to creating innovative architecture and urban design. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, with offices in Shanghai, Berlin, Paris, and New York.

Architecture Department
The Architecture Studios at MVRDV are responsible for designing innovative and sustainable buildings and structures. The studios work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale residential buildings to large-scale commercial and cultural complexes. Some notable projects include:

• The Markthal in Rotterdam, a mixed-use building with a market hall, housing, and offices
• The Tianjin Binhai Public Library in China, one of the largest libraries in the world
• The Crystal Houses in Amsterdam, a sustainable housing development with green roofs and facades
• The Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam, an art storage and presentation facility

• Full-time available (40 hours/week) for the duration of six months.
• Can start in September 2024.
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands or France, and enrolled as a student for the internship duration. 
• Excellent design and CAD skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite and 2D and 3D rendering skills. (please state your level of skill with each software package in your application).
• Able to work in international teams.
• Written evidence of enrollment in a university or academy.
• Excellent verbal and written English. Other languages are a plus.
