MVRDV is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dedicated team based in Rotterdam. During this internship, you will learn how to work with various HR tasks and projects. You will be helping with recruitment (pipeline management, scheduling interviews, talking to candidates), administrative HR processes (such as making contracts, working on our HR Information system and helping with answering HR-related emails) as well as assisting the HR Business Partner and Head of HR with more strategic projects. As long as you are eager, you get the chance to experience a broad variety of HR tasks during your internship at MVRDV!

This is you

You are an HBO or University student in your bachelor's or master's study. You have strong analytical skills as well as an eye for detail and accuracy. You like to take initiative and you have a hands-on mentality. You are keen to learn and want to gain experience working in an HR role. You feel attracted to work in an international, ambitious, and pioneering environment.

In addition, you:

• Are currently enrolled as a student on HBO/University level in HR.
• Have a good command of English. Dutch is a plus.
• Are ambitious and eager to learn.
• Are authorized to work in the Netherlands.
• Are available for 32-40 hours/week and can start in September 2024.
