MVRDV is currently looking for a Studio Coordinator. With a growing portfolio and an increasing amount of projects our design studio EMEA is looking for someone to coordinate and manage the different tasks within the studio.
WHAT WE OFFER
As a Studio Coordinator, you will form a supportive role for Studio EMEA. In this role, you will be a hands-on coordinator for the team and support the team in different tasks. You are responsible for the coordination of the project planning; organizing team and business meetings, administrative follow up of tenders, organize studio space and overall support of the director and senior associates on a daily base.

We are looking for a team player who likes to support colleagues in their daily work. You are very structured, well organized and a master in time management. You can execute multiple tasks at once, keep the overview and you keep calm under pressure. You love to work in a supporting role and feel good when you can help and support your colleagues.
We offer a position in a dynamic international environment for 32-40 hours per week. MVRDV uses the salary according to the collective agreement for staff employed by architecture firms (Architecten CAO).
