Job description

MVRDV is looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded Corporate Recruiter.  In this role, you are the person who supports departments to find the best talents. You will oversee and coordinate all recruitment needs and through your assistance make it as easy as possible for the Studio Directors and other management to find the best talents. 

We receive many applications from all over the world every day. Your job is to make the first selection on hard criteria like education, skills, etc. As a part of our HR team in Rotterdam, you will work closely with the HR manager and business partner to define the recruitment needs. You will ensure a smooth process from job opening to the actual onboarding of a new hire. You will be in contact will all different kinds of people and can make them feel welcome!

Requirements

At least 2 years of work experience in Recruitment or HR.
Bachelor's Degree in the field of HR or similar.
Have a good command of English. Dutch will be a plus.
Experience with ATS Recruitee. Knowledge of Daywize will be a bonus point.
Experience in an international environment and knowledge of Dutch immigration regulations  is a plus.
Available for at least 32 hours per week.

Service-minded, proactive, structured, and accurate.
Good understanding of HR integrity codes.
Ability to see the bigger picture and set the right priorities.

Tasks and responsibilities

Searching, selecting and building a strong talent pool.
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle and all associated tasks.
Creating attractive and inclusive job advertisements and posting them on the MVRDV website and job boards.
Making job offers and leading salary negotiations.
Continuous optimization of various recruitment and onboarding processes.
In charge of recruiting and supervising the interns during their Internship.
Contact person for branch related career fairs, universities, and recruitment agencies.
Be the advisor between the studios and the point of contact for all candidates and with key stakeholders
