For our small but highly dedicated travel team based in Rotterdam we are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Travel Agent to:

  • Organizing and assisting in the Visa processes for our colleagues in Rotterdam, Shanghai and Paris
  • Book all types of transportation and accommodation such as flights, hotels and ground services
  • Coordinate and organize travel services and processes
  • Handling amendments, cancellations and schedule changes
  • Communicate and educate on travel processes, preferred vendor contracts and travel policy to internal stakeholders
  • Provide follow-up on questions raised by travelers
  • Assist in travel projects and assist in managing travel related contracts to optimize traveler experience


This is you

You are able to work and think at HBO level and have strong communication, management and hospitality skills. You are innovative, solution-oriented and structured. You feel attracted to work in an international, ambitious and pioneering environment.

In addition, you:

  • Have a minimum of 1-4 years’ experience in the corporate travel industry
  • Are available 3 or 4 days a week
  • Have good command of English and Dutch spoken and written
  • Proficiency in office tools and processes, working knowledge of MS Office, and modern online communication tools, with travel technology preferred (Cytric)
  • Are structured and well organized
  • Are a professional with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Feel connected to the mission and values of MVRDV
  • Have experience in contracts with preferred suppliers, e.g. airlines, hotels, car retails
