Job description

As a Business Development (BD) Intern you will be fully part of the international BD team, actively contributing to the development of the office. The BD team is always on the look out for new projects and is involved in these from the first lead up to the design phase, mainly throughout the acquisition phase. The BD team approaches architecture from a different angle, understanding the business side of it.

The following will be among your many responsibilities as a BD Intern;

  • Assist with applications, from content to graphic design
  • Make critical and strategic analysis of new project opportunities
  • Undertake market research and identify key players and projects in different countries
  • Attend networking events, talks and client meetings
  • Maintain and update our references, graphic supports and projects texts 

The position will initially be for 6 months but there are definitely possibilities to extend this term and to grow within the team.

  • Architecture / interior design / urban development or marketing background
  • Affinity or interest in business and sales with a strong interest for architecture / interior design / urban development
  • Strong graphic skills, experience in using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong writing skills (Fluent in English -  Dutch, French, German and other languages will be a strong plus)

  • Autonomous, eager to learn, proactive and flexible

  • A sharp critical eye and a great sense of humor will be highly appreciated.

  • As an intern, you need to be enrolled in an educational program.

  • You need to have a valid working permit for the Netherlands for the full term of the internship.
